qBittorrent 3.3.2 Has Been Released. Ubuntu, Linux Mint.

qBittorrent is an open source project that provides users with a capable BitTorrent client that comes loaded with all the modern functionality necessary for daily torrenting. The application is written around the Qt4 toolkit, using the libtorrent-rasterbar library, which means that it supports the Linux FreeBSD, OS/2, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.

  • FEATURE: Add a new column to peers list that shows list of files which are downloaded right now from a peer.

In addition, the application is translated in over 25 languages and can be used on any Linux-based operating system, as long as the Qt libraries are installed. To install qBittorrent just run the following commands via your systems Terminal.

 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable
 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install qbittorrent
