Checkout Masalla Icon Theme In Ubuntu 15.10 Gnome.

Masalla Icons version 0.8-2

Theme inspired by the latest flat design trend.

The name of project is inspired from Obelisk name (like Obelisk of Hammurabi in History of Iraq) in arabic language and uruk city.

Icon Theme is typical in size at 39MB download and 129MB installed.

ATTENTION: Masalla Icons is packed as a .DEB and needs to be opened with Software Center or Gdebi...

Ubuntu alive suggests using Gdebi to install the Icon Pack.
sudo apt-get install gdebi.

Some packages require 7zip to extract the archive. Run the following command to install 7zip.
sudo apt-get install p7zip-full p7zip-rar

The following Tweak Tools can aid in the installation of Themes and Icons.
To Install Unity Tweak Tool.
sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool

To Install Ubuntu Tweak.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak

To Install Gnome Tweak Tool.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ricotz/testing
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
