Checkout Boston Icons In Ubuntu 15.10.

Boston is a highly minimalist icon theme, with a sober color palette inspired on basic hues and forms. Recommended for medium and big sizes.

The Boston Icons Pack is very small at 1.8MB Downloaded.

WARNING: This theme is under heavy development and isn't complete. Use it if you don't mind living with default GNOME icons in your desktop.

Some packages require 7zip to extract the archive. Run the following command to install 7zip.
sudo apt-get install p7zip-full p7zip-rar

The following Tweak Tools can aid in the installation of Themes and Icons.

To Install Unity Tweak Tool.

sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool

To Install Ubuntu Tweak.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak

To Install Gnome Tweak Tool.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ricotz/testing
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
