LibreOffice 5.0.4 Officially Released. Ubuntu, Linux Mint.

The Document Foundation announced the release of LibreOffice 5.0.4, the fourth release of the LibreOffice 5.0 family, with a large number of fixes over the previous releases. So far, LibreOffice 5.0 is the most popular LibreOffice ever, based on the feedback from the marketplace. LibreOffice 5.0.4 is ready for enterprise level or large scale deployments.


To install the latest Libre office just run the following commands via your systems Terminal.

sudo apt-get remove --purge libreoffice*
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:libreoffice/ppa
sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install libreoffice

    With the ppa you have given, it is still 5.0.3 as of I write this comment.
