Intel Graphics Installer 1.2.1 for Linux released Ubuntu, Linux Mint.

Intel Graphics Installer 1.2.1 for Linux is a tool that allows you to easily install the latest graphics and video drivers for your Intel graphics hardware. This allows you to stay current with the latest enhancements, optimizations, and fixes to the Intel Graphics Stack to ensure the best user experience with your Intel graphics hardware. The Intel Graphics Installer for Linux is available for the latest version of Ubuntu OS.

  • This release of the Graphics Installer requires Ubuntu 15.10 “wily”.
  • There is no Graphics Installer for Fedora 23 in this release. Users of Fedora 23 already have a fresh graphics stack
  • Support is deprecated for Ubuntu 15.04 “vivid” and Fedora 22
  • No support is provided for the Graphics Installer on Ubuntu 14.10 or Fedora 21 as of this release of the Graphics Installer, they are now obsolete.
  • No support for Ubuntu 14.04 “trusty” is provided

To install just run the following commands via your systems Terminal.

32bit OS

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg -O - | \ sudo apt-key add -

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg-2 -O - | \ sudo apt-key add -

wget https://download.01.org/gfx/ubuntu/15.10/main/pool/main/i/intel-linux-graphics-installer/intel-linux-graphics-installer_1.2.1-0intel2_i386.deb

sudo dpkg -i intel-linux-graphics-installer_1.2.1-0intel2_i386.deb

sudo apt-get -f install

64bit OS

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg -O - | \ sudo apt-key add -

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg-2 -O - | \ sudo apt-key add -

wget https://download.01.org/gfx/ubuntu/15.10/main/pool/main/i/intel-linux-graphics-installer/intel-linux-graphics-installer_1.2.1-0intel2_amd64.deb

sudo dpkg -i intel-linux-graphics-installer_1.2.1-0intel2_amd64.deb

sudo apt-get -f install
