(UPDATED) Flattr Icon Theme 1.1 From Nitrux Has Been released On Ubuntu 14.04, Ubuntu 14.10, Linux Mint 17

(UPDATED) Flattr Icon Theme 1.1 From Nitrux Has Been released.

Flattr is an icon theme for Linux desktops, the set is inspired by the latest flat design trend. 

The set is a work in progress and it's largely incomplete and will be followed closely by Ubuntu Alive and updates posted on a regular basis.

You can download Flattr 1.0 directly from the Ubuntu Alive Dropbox below.

The Theme used is Numix Bluish Theme and can be installed from the following PPA below.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/themes
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install numix-bluish-theme

The Wallpaper used is called Vector Tunes Cyan by Charlie henson and can be downloaded directly from DeviantArt below.

Some packages require 7zip to extract the archive. Run the following command to install 7zip.

sudo apt-get install p7zip-full p7zip-rar

The following Tweak Tools can aid in the installation of Themes And Icons.

To Install Unity Tweak Tool.

sudo apt-get install unity-tweak-tool

To Install Ubuntu Tweak.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak

To Install Gnome Tweak Tool.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ricotz/testing
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
