How To Install Python 3.3.5 On Ubuntu 14.04

Python 3.3.5 has been released last month, coming with a bunch of fixes for some critical issues on the previous Python version. For information about this release, see the changelog.

To install the latest Python just run the following Commands via your systems Terminal:

 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fkrull/deadsnakes

 sudo apt-get update

 sudo apt-get install python3.3

 rm -rf /usr/local/bin/python

 sudo ln -fs /usr/bin/python3.3 /usr/bin/python

That's it.
